Validity of all software is 365 days. We charge annually because

2. Server maintenance & updates
3. Support system
4. Future updates FREE forever
5. Training & implementation support

Because of the above reasons, we ask you to invest annually.

Payments are neither transferable nor refundable.

We invest in the tools and services for you. There are many tools for which we have already invested. We are not taking huge amounts of money. We are charging you for the service that we are offering. We also invest in office, support team, development team, servers and many other services which costs us regularly.

By default all memberships are 365 days from payment. Please create a ticket. You will get updates from the Help team.

Your account will become inactive. All tools, courses, resources will get deactivated automatically. Our team will call & update you regarding your membership & renewal options. If you don’t renew then automatically the accounts will become inactive. We recommend renewing a few days before your membership expires.

<summary>Which language do you teach us?</summary>

By default English language will be used for your consultancy. Sometimes, if the content is very difficult we create some resources in Hindi also. We also respond to your queries in the Live & ticket system in Hindi format also.

<summary>My earlier tool is not working. What to do?</summary>

Please upgrade your tool. Sometimes, the tools need manual upgrading. You will get all updates in the Telegram group. You will also get updates FREE of cost. Very rarely, the tools may stop working by the development team. In case of unavailability of the latest tool, we may provide you with an alternate tool. We can’t assure 100% tool replacement as there are multiple factors depending on the tool.
