Getting Started with AI Image Creation

1. Navigate to the Media Section: First, go to the Media Section within your CRM.

2. Open the Media Library: Click on the "Open Media Library" button to access the AI image creation tool.

Creating Your AI Image

Initiate Image Creation: Click on the "Create image using AI" button to start the process.

Describe Your Image: Enter a description of the image you want to create. The AI will use this description to generate sample images. For a better understanding of how the AI interprets descriptions, click "Try an example".

Choose the Number of Variations: Decide how many different image variations you want the AI to generate. For instance, selecting 3 will prompt the AI to create three unique images based on your description.

Select Your Image Style: Choose the style for your image. Options include Photography, Digital Art, and Fine Art. After selecting your preferred style, click "Generate" to have the AI create your image.

Reviewing and Selecting Your AI-Generated Image

View Generated Images: After clicking "Generate", you'll see the variations the AI created. The description and style you selected will be displayed for reference.

Generate New Content: If you wish to make changes to your selections, click "Generate new content" to go back and adjust your choices.

Preview and Select an Image: Click on an image to preview it. The selected image will appear on the right side of the pop-up.

Save or Cancel: If you're satisfied with an image, click "Continue" to save it to your Media Library. If not, click "Cancel".

What if the AI doesn't generate what I'm looking for?

Are there any usage limits?

• Usage is based on a paid model, so limits depend on your chosen plan. Monitor your usage to avoid unexpected charges.
