  • Steps

    1. Get Login details from Team. Message to 8087232000

    2. Visit https://voice.ourarea.in/

      1. Enter username & password

    3. Verify your mobile number

    4. Upload Voice file (MP3)

      1. New method

        1. Send mp3 audio to the admin via email [email protected] with subject = Voice Announcement file approve for username = 1.

          Hello Sir,

          I am going to share the voice message or call to only my students who enrolled for my webinar.
          I am going to use in our CRM to send voice call automatically after new enrollement.
          
          These are opt-in contacts.
          I have option to unsubscribe to disable the communication.

        2. Govt restrictions

          Actually due to TRAI restrictions we have stopped the clients, from uploading the announcements directly to the panel instead they first need to send the announcements to support@sarv.com and cc me subrato.m@sarv.com, attaching the announcements along with the User id number and panel IP.
      2. Old method

        1. LHS Menu = Announcement → Upload Announcement

        2. Voice Announcement = click [Choose file]

        3. Upload MP3 file

    5. Voice Broadcast settings

      1. Menu = API → Voice Broadcast

      2. Plan = Static

      3. Announcement ID = Select Voice MP3 file

      4. Caller ID = 0

      5. Key input wait time = 3

        1. Total time = Voice recorded + Wait

        2. Try to make total time ≤ 27 sec

      6. Contact numbers → number or CSV format

      7. Click [API URL]

      8. Copy API URL

      9. Add API URL in Browser & refer system_api_uniqueid

      10. Copy system_api_uniqueid & paste in next step

      11. Menu = API → Voice Fetch report

      12. Paste Unique Ids = system_api_uniqueid

      13. Click [API URL]
