Template Delivery Issues – Messages not reaching users?

If your WhatsApp Official Template messages are not reaching users, try these fixes:

1. Check Template Approval Status

  • Go to WhatsApp Business Manager → Message Templates

  • Ensure the template is Approved and not in Rejected/Pending status.

  • Ensure recipients opted in to receive messages.
