What are the messaging restrictions during the starting period?

There may be certain restrictions on messaging if your Facebook Business Verification is pending.

These restrictions can be-

• You can receive an unlimited number of messages from your users but you can only chat with 10 unique users per day during this period.

• You can send notifications to 2 unique users in a day. Notifications can be sent using WhatsApp templates that are pre-approved by Facebook.

• Please note: You need to complete your Facebook business verification ASAP.

• Before FB Business verification limit = 250 messages/day

• After FB Business verification limit = 1,000 messages/day

• After sending 500 messages in 7 days, your limit will increase to 10,000 messages/day.

• After sending 5,000 messages in 7 days, your limit will increase to 1,00,000 messages/day.

• After sending 50,000 messages in 7 days, your limit will increase to Unlimited messages/day.

It is unable to move manually or request to move between/increase rate limit tiers. Moving to the next tiers depends on Total number of unique recipients sent across the past 7 days
