Zoom settings
Step 1 : Click on Zoom settings.

How to add settings to Zoom
Log in to your Zoom account:
Go to Zoom website and sign in with your credentials.
Access Account Settings:
Click "Account Management" in the left menu, then select "Account Settings".
Add Zoom Account ID:
You can find your Zoom Account ID on the Profile page under Account Settings. Copy it from there.
Add Zoom Client ID and Client Secret:
If you are using Zoom's API, you need to create an app in the Zoom App Marketplace. Follow these steps:
Go to "Development" > "Build Application".
Select the appropriate application type (eg, JWT, OAuth).
After creating the app, you will receive Client ID and Client Secret. Copy these values.
Set Time Zone:
Select the appropriate time zone from the dropdown menu. This setting ensures that all Zoom meetings created through the platform are scheduled at the correct local time.
Status (Active/Inactive):
Choose whether the Zoom integration is currently Active or Inactive. Set it to Active to enable Zoom functionality, or Inactive to disable it temporarily.
Host Video (Enable/Disable):
Select from the dropdown menu to Enable or Disable the host's video when the meeting starts. Enabling this ensures that the host's video plays automatically at the start of the meeting.
Participatory Video (Enable/Disable):
Select from the dropdown menu for participant video by selecting Enable or Disable. If enabled, participants' video will continue when they join the meeting.
Waiting Room (Enable/Disable):
Select from the dropdown menu to Enable or Disable the Waiting Room feature. Enabling this setting means that participants will be placed in a waiting room until the host admits them to the meeting.
After configuring these fields, click on the Save button.
