Automation workflow - CRM
Step 1: Click on CRM.

From here you can create automation by selecting a added to pipeline, stage changed, follow up and notes added.

CRM Trigger is a powerful tool for managing and optimizing customer relationships. This trigger ensures that critical actions are automatically triggered based on specific changes or updates within your CRM, enabling a more efficient and organized approach to managing customer interactions.
Here's how it works:
1. When a contact is added to the selected pipeline
Activation: This trigger is activated when a contact is added to a specific pipeline within your CRM.
Use Cases: You can set up automations to trigger specific actions, such as sending a welcome email, assigning a contact to a team member, or starting a series of emails. This ensures that every new contact that enters the pipeline is connected immediately.
2. When the contact stage changes in the selected pipeline
Activation: This trigger is activated whenever a contact moves from one stage to another in the selected pipeline.
Use Case: This can be used to trigger actions such as sending stage-specific content, notifying team members, or updating a contact's status in your system. For instance, moving a contact to the "negotiate" stage can trigger the system to send them a detailed proposal. This automation helps maintain momentum in the sales process and ensures timely communication with contacts.
3. When follow-up changes
Activation: This trigger is activated when there is a change to a scheduled follow-up, such as rescheduling it or marking it complete.
Use Case: You can automate reminders for a new follow-up date, notify the contact of any changes, or update the contact's record with the outcome of the follow-up. This ensures that all follow-up activities are managed effectively, preventing any tasks from falling through the cracks.
4. When a note is added to a contact
Activation: This trigger is activated when a note is added to a contact record.
Use Case: Adding a note can trigger actions such as updating a contact's status, notifying relevant team members, or adjusting a contact's status in a pipeline. This automation ensures that important information is shared and acted upon, keeping the entire team informed and aligned.
These CRM triggers enable a dynamic and responsive approach to managing customer relationships, ensure that key actions are taken automatically based on specific events, and help streamline your workflow and improve overall efficiency.
