Opportunities Overview

Welcome to the Opportunities tab overview. This section is designed to help you efficiently manage and organize new business opportunities by incorporating them into pipelines, allowing you to monitor their progress throughout the entire sales cycle. Once the pipelines are in place, you can start leveraging this powerful feature to streamline your sales process.

Opportunities can be presented in two different formats:

  • Board View

  • List View

Switch between these views to tailor the display of your data. This guide will proceed using the board view.

Filter By Pipelines

You can filter your opportunities by pipelines, allowing for a more targeted and efficient analysis of your sales pipeline's progress and effectiveness.

Filters

The opportunities section offers a variety of filtering options to provide greater control and insights into your pipeline stage performance. These filtering capabilities enable you to better understand and manage your sales process.

Sort By

You have the option to organize your opportunities based on various criteria such as the date the opportunity was created and the opportunity value.

Click on the arrow to switch between descending and ascending order.

Opportunity Cards

Opportunity cards enable you to effectively manage and organize pipelines of leads, customers, and other potential business deals as they progress through various stages within distinct sales funnels. By leveraging these cards, you can efficiently monitor the advancement of each opportunity, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales process and enhancing overall pipeline management.

Quick Card Actions

These action icons at the footer of each card allow you to add and manage activities seamlessly:

  1. Call: Clicking on the call icon speed-dials the contact number.

  2. View Conversation: Clicking on this icon directs you to the contact's conversation thread.

  3. Add Tag: Click on this icon to add a tag to your contact card.

  4. Add Notes: This icon directs you to the Note tab where you can add any additional information about the contact.

  5. Add Tasks: Clicking on this icon allows you to assign any user in your team to a task specifically for that contact.

  6. Add an Appointment: Click on this icon to book an appointment with the contact.

To locate a particular opportunity, utilize the search bar and input any relevant contact details or the unique opportunity name associated with it. This feature allows you to quickly and efficiently find specific opportunities by searching based on identifiable information, streamlining your ability to manage and track their progress in the sales process.

Export Opportunities List

Utilize this feature to export data about the opportunities generated within the pipeline. This enables you to extract and analyze essential information regarding your opportunities, further assisting in the management and evaluation of your sales process.

To download your opportunities list, filter the opportunities you want to download to narrow down the list, then click on the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner of your page and select Export. You will receive a popup notification of the export progress.

Import

Create new opportunities by utilizing the Import option. Ensure your file is in .csv format, includes only one sheet, is smaller than 30 MB, and has a header row with columns corresponding to system fields. Opportunity imports cannot be reversed.

Restore Opportunities

Selecting "Restore Opportunities" will open the audit logs, displaying only the deleted opportunities allowing you to quickly restore a deleted opportunity.

Additional Info

You can refine your opportunities by applying filters based on specific criteria, such as leads with assigned tasks, calendar events, notes, and more. This feature allows for efficient management and targeting of relevant opportunities. Additionally, the system retains your previous filter selections, ensuring a seamless user experience when revisiting the opportunity filtering process.
